  • I have over 35 years of experience as an Integrative Holistic Practitioner in musculoskeletal acute and chronic pain, who recognise the complexity and unique difficulties faced by each person who lives with pain.

The primary goal of my intervention and management programme is to improve the patient's quality of life through holistic and individualised care by eliminating the root causes of pain. I provide exceptional individualised care, tailored to each patient's unique needs.

I employ a variety of hands-on techniques to treat injuries and acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Some of these techniques include deep soft tissue manipulation, muscle energy techniques, joints and spine manipulation, electrotherapy, light therapy, mesotherapy injections, etc As a holistic practitioner, it is to empower patients through strategies such as pain education, assisted stretching, and physical rehabilitation to enable patients to take control of their health and well-being

  • Amy started practicing Ayurvedic Yoga Massage in 2020 after training with Despina (AYM UK). She immediately embraced this holistic massage technique, which aligned so well with her passion for yoga asana.

Having held a strong yoga practice for over 15 years, in 2023, Amy completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training, followed by a Reiki master attunement and Sekhem energy healing. She is able to offer her clients a beautiful combination of AYM and Reiki healing. Pure bliss!

Presently, Amy is exploring embodied yoga and somatic practices, heavily entwined in ancient philosophy. She is deeply engaged in her healing practices and how we can translate and apply them to our modern lives. As a single mother entering perimenopause, Amy aims to support women through all stages of life. Known for her empathetic nature and serene presence, Amy provides a gentle and mindful experience where you are truly seen and held.

  • Being able to offer AYM treatments has been life changing for me, as I have been actively looking for the best way to help people feel well in their bodies and minds for many years. AYM feels completely different to all other therapeutic bodywork: it is a deep tissue massage that incorporates assisted yoga stretches and calming breathwork- to encourage the nervous system to relax. It is done on a futon on the floor, which means the therapist can use different parts of their body and their body weight to get the most out of each movement and to get the maximum benefit for the client. There are a huge range of techniques and approaches that can be taken, allowing me to truly tailor any treatment to the client and their needs, from deep pressure to gentle soothing touch, from remedial work to the depths of relaxation, to energising treatments. Each massage is nurturing and always centred around the individual. The assisted stretches, tractions and mobilisation techniques (if appropriate for the client) take the treatments to a whole other level. My background is as a carer and support worker. For 15 years I worked with the eldery, people with Autism and with adults and children with a variety of learning, physical and emotional difficulties, including Parkinson’s, Cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, MS, Spina bifida and acquired brain injury. I loved my job, and I learned so much about communication, empathy and empowering others, having had the honour of supporting incredibly beautiful people and their families. A few years ago, I began to feel I wanted to help others in a different way: to be able to support people with their physical health, comfort and range of movement, to help them to feel more connected to and at ease in their bodies, and to help people to experience a state of deep relaxation which can bring about a sense of balance, peace and wellbeing. This desire led me to massage. I have also studied with the NHS Natural Health School, graduating with distinctions in both Therapeutic Massage and Reflexology. This included the study of anatomy and physiology.

  • Vikki is an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) practitioner and Yoga teacher. Having practised yoga for twenty years, she decided to undertake her yoga teacher training in 2017, leaving a longstanding career in the frenetic corporate world behind her.

Upon receiving her first AYM treatment, she discovered this eased not only her anxiety & trauma at that particular time but through the assisted stretches, mobilisations combined with yoga practice, also increased her endurance for marathon running and other sporting activities/movement.

Yoga and massage are some of the things that have helped her to slow down, practice self care and regain balance in her life.Vikki loves all things yoga and massage related because as she puts it, simply “we never stop learning”. She has also recently completed further courses in anatomy & physiology, meditation and aromatherapy, and everything she learns informs her AYM treatments.

  • Roxy is a compassionate, empathetic soul and space holder. She greets life with humour and honour of feeling. She came to yoga 18 years ago as a support system for anxiety and trauma, having experienced the profound benefits, she holds a particular interest in the body mind, living in healthy alignment and how we can use yoga and bodywork not just to ease our suffering, but to return home to ourselves.

Upon hearing about AYM in 2016, she immediately signed up to study with Despina Psarra. What began as following an inner call, has become her calling. Blown away by the immediate physical and mental benefits to both client and therapist, and the modality’s heart centred approach, she finds joy in being able to offer this as both a career and ongoing spiritual practice.

Whilst treatments can be adjusted to the client you can expect a strong and flowing massage, deep deep pressure and space to truly switch off.

"Our bodies have the amazing ability to store memories and emotions we are not able to process. However, these hidden or Stuck memories and feelings can become frozen into the structure of our bodies, causing disconnect, muscle tension, pain and suffering. Yoga and massage are incredible gifts to help us release what is no longer serving us, be that grief, trauma or damaging cultural beliefs. Help us feel and free the body mind, remember our connection to nature and our innate right to joy and ease."
