AYM is performed on a futon, often topped with a heated blanket. Treatments are tailored specifically for your needs, taking into account any injuries, health issues and your priorities for the session. Alongside deep massage strokes and assisted stretches we work with the breath for deeper manipulation and to further calm the nervous system.
